How do I pay my dues?
Dues can be paid via check, money order, bank draft, bill pay through your bank, or through our online Owner's Portal (please see Owner's Portal page for more info on how to set up an account). If you are paying by check, the check should be made out to your Association and can be mailed to our Lockbox in Raleigh at the following address: PO Box 97788 Raleigh, NC 27624
I'm set up on bank draft. When should I expect my dues to be drafted?
Between the 6th - 10th of the month that it is due.
What do I need to do in order to make exterior modifications?

All of our Associations require any exterior modifications to be pre-approved through the ARB (Architectural Review Board). ARB applications are available on your Associations website or by contacting our office.  Please return completed applications to your Associations' Manager or by emailing it to info@realestatecoast.com.

How can I get a Condo Questionnaire completed?

Condo Questionnaire Fee: $200 each or
Expedited Questionnaire Fee: $250 each

My neighbor gets community news updates via email, but I do not. Why is that?

If you wish to receive community related updates from us, please subscribe to our mass email list by going to the subscribe page and submitting your information.  If you have have already subscribed, but are still not seeing the emails, please check your junk and spam folders.  If you have changed your email recently, please make sure we have your most current address on file.

My community uses a mail kiosk and I can't find my key. Does your office have spare keys?

By law, we are not allowed to keep copies of mail keys on file.  The only mail keys that should be obtained from the LRES office are keys for NEW construction/mailboxes.  If you lost your mail key or purchased a resale and did not get a key from the previous owner, you will need to contact the post office to arrange for a new key.
