Vendor Contracting, Coordination and Supervision
- Annual review of contracts and attainment of bids.
- Attendance at onsite meetings with Board Representative(s) and Vendors, as needed
General Repairs
- Obtain repair quotes to present for Board Review
- Oversee the work of the vendor to ensure it is done in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Board
Rule Development, Evaluation and Enforcement
- Provide Boards with guidance for developing new rules and publishing them to the community
- Assist in evaluating existing rules as any new problems arise
Enforcement of Governing Documents
- Regular site inspections, followed by appropriate enforcement actions (i.e. letters, fines, etc.)
- Violation reports are available to Board upon request
- Facilitate Hearings and prepare all paperwork prior to the Hearing
