LRES understands the importance of communication with Board members and homeowners while carrying out administrative services and risk management. The administrative services and risk management includes:
Homeowner Communication
- Respond to all homeowner questions and concerns
- Produce and distributes the Annual Meeting Package
- Work with the Board or Committee to develop and distribute a community newsletter
Insurance Proposals & Placement
- Obtain multiple insurance quotes for Board review
- Coordinate any necessary meetings with insurance agents/brokers to review quotes and proposals
- Act as conduit between insurance agents/brokers and the Board.
- Help implement any coverage via distribution of required paperwork and payment of premiums
General Risk Oversight
- Keep Boards informed of any potential risks that might require additional insurance, maintenance/repair work or a modification in Association procedures
Insurance Claims Oversight
- Work with the Board and any maintenance staff to oversee claims process
Disaster Preparation & Recovery
- Coordinates with vendors to prepare the site for any natural disasters and oversees clean-up/repairs when necessary
